Elie Mei Job, who prefers to go by Mei, is a student in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program
at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. Alongside her academic pursuits, Mei works as a Behavioural
Interventionist, where she implements Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
plans during interventionist sessions.
Mei creates a supportive environment that fosters trust and connection with the individuals and families
she works with. She is deeply committed to promoting well-being through both evidence-based
practices and genuine human connection.
Mei has completed specialized training in gym and swing use safety, as well as in hands-on and play-
based therapeutic methods. She has also participated in the 360 Thinking Program webinar, which
focuses on developing executive function skills at home, and is familiar with the Handwriting Without
Tears program. In addition to her professional training, Mei holds a current Standard First Aid with Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification for Health Care Practitioners.
