Taelor Lay
Behavioral Interventionist
Taelor is a Behavioral Interventionist at Little Flower Rehab, where she helps neurodiverse children and families engage in meaningful daily activities. She works closely with families and the clinical team to implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that support each individual’s goals.
Taelor is also a Research Assistant in the Adolescent Health Lab at Simon Fraser University, where she’s studying how early experiences and resilience affect mental and physical health. She’s particularly interested in how these insights can be used to design therapeutic approaches that help children overcome challenges and grow to reach their fullest potential.
With a background in client-centred work and research, Taelor approaches every child with kindness, patience, and a focus on their whole well-being. Her goal is to help each child build the skills and confidence to reach their full potential, while always supporting families along the way.
